How we can help
Bad credit can sit on your file for 5 to 7 years. If a listing was put there incorrectly, it can be removed, and you don't have to wait it out.
An overdue debt of $150 or more, at least 60 days late, reported by a lender, telco or utility. Paid or unpaid.
The same as a default, but on a business debt, like a business loan, supplier or trade account.
Also called a serious credit infringement. Recorded when a lender couldn't reach you and believes you've avoided the debt.
A court order to pay a debt after a creditor took legal action, including writs and summonses.
Missed or late monthly repayments on credit cards, loans and mortgages, shown month by month on your file.
A record made each time you apply for credit, like a loan, card or phone plan. Too many, or ones you didn't make, can drag your score down.
No default is too big or too small.

How it works
1
Your Equifax and Experian credit reports. Don't have them? Get a free copy below.
2
We tell you what could be removed, with an estimated success rate, fees and timeframe. These are estimates, not guarantees. If there's nothing to fight, we'll say so.
3
We request the creditor's records and look for breaches. If the listing breaches the rules, it has to be removed. It's black and white. We fight for removal, including through AFCA where you're eligible. If a listing can't be removed, you don't pay a removal fee for it.
4
You only pay removal fees once a listing is confirmed removed.

All fees include GST. One investigation fee covers both defaults and judgments.
